1. Service description

LaunchLabs.studio generates preview websites for small businesses. Our $1,000 launch package includes finalizing, hosting, and launching a selected preview design.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use LaunchLabs to scrape, attack, or generate content for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to block abusive requests and remove generated previews at any time.

3. Payments and refunds

The $1,000 launch fee is due before final site delivery. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis if work has not yet begun.

4. Intellectual property

We license the launched website to you for your business use. Third-party templates and assets remain subject to their original licenses.

5. Limitation of liability

LaunchLabs is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost profits, downtime, or data loss beyond the fees you paid us.
